Transit times are approximate. Most orders ship UPS from our facility in Blair, NE 68008.
We will use our preferred carrier depending on your location, cost and time in transit.
If you have a preference in shippers, please specify when you place your order.

18×24″ and 12×18″ coroplast signs will be boxed, then palletized. All other products will be bulk packed on skids unless otherwise requested.

  • Do you guarantee quality and color accuracy?
    We strive to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and color matching. There will always be some variance in color, and image accuracy. It is important to understand that we are printing yard signs. If you have a particularly picky client, please speak with us before placing your order or consider doing a proofing run.
  • What is the easiest way to place an order?

  • What if I need a specific Ink Color?
    If you need a specific Pantone color, we will match & mix it for you for a $15 flat fee. Please see our note about color accuracy below.
  • What colors of plastic do you print on?
    We print on white and yellow corrugated plastic. Yellow corrugated plastic is an additional charge.
  • How long will my signs take to print?
    Smaller orders of 500 signs or less are typically shipped in 1-3 business days. Orders of 1,000 – 2,500 signs typically ship in 4-8 business days and orders of 2,500+ signs can take up to two weeks. We don’t charge for rush orders. If you need an order done fast, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to meet your deadline. Orders are generally shipped via UPS Ground from Blair, Nebraska 68008.
  • What are your payment terms?
    All orders must be paid for in full before production can begin. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.
  • Who is The Sign Depot?
    The Sign Guy is under new ownership and is now part of The Sign Depot family located in Blair, Nebraska (Omaha). We are a wholesale sign printer specializing in corrugated plastic signs, aluminum signs, and magnets. Check out for a full list of the products & services we offer!
  • What are your standard ink colors?
    Check our color chart.
  • What kind of artwork do you require?
    In order to avoid artwork charges, please provide us with vectorized artwork at actual size. Please make sure all fonts are converted to outlines. File types we accept are .ai, .pdf or .eps. We prefer artwork created in Adobe Illustrator CS4 or older. Use color trapping by overlapping darker colors about 1/16” over lighter colors. These points are not required to avoid artwork fees, but they will help expedite your order and maintain artwork accuracy. Be sure to allow for a ½” margin around your artwork. An 18” x 24” sign for example has an actual print area of 17” x 23”. Use actual colors in your artwork to identify colors. Some artwork may not be suitable for our printing methods. We will advise you if this occurs.
  • Can you print halftones or detailed artwork?
    Halftones are possible with an additional setup of $30 film charge. Please contact us for details. Please note that we use 30-line screens during this production method. Extreme detail is not possible.
  • Do you take special requests?
    Just ask and we’ll do our best for you!
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
